Our ANTIPASTI

Another of our specialties are the production of vegetables preserved in extra virgin olive oil. These include sun-dried tomatoes, grilled artichokes hearts and truffles. Each vegetable is cultivated on the Pensato Estate with the greatest care in order to capture all the flavor of the land. The vegetables are hand-prepared according to the traditional recipes and no preservatives or colorants are used, thus maintaining the taste and authenticity of the product.

Green Olives 1Kg
These large green olives, typical of Sicily, are fleshy and juicy and their flesh is firm. It is a unique olive of the fertile soil of the Etna region on which it develops. It is known for its intense flavor enhanced here by specially adapted preservation. Black Pitted Olives 230g
The famous small taggiasca type olives, fleshy and tasty. Pitted and preserved in extra virgin olive oil in a small pot of 230g.
